Content You Provide: When you use the Service, you may upload documents, create forms and invoices, manage cases, write workspace notes, and interact with workflow modules. This content is stored in your private workspace to provide the Service to you.
Technical Data: We automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and referring URLs. This is used for security, analytics, and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information

- Store your documents, records, and workspace data in your private workspace

- We do not use your documents or workspace data to train any external systems

Note on Workflow Modules: If you deploy workflow modules through the Service (e.g., inbound scheduling, client support, or inquiry forms), those modules respond to inbound interactions initiated by visitors on your website or within your BrainPlug workspace. Modules are not used for outbound marketing, cold outreach, or any form of mass messaging. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of modules complies with applicable messaging and privacy laws. BrainPlug provides the software tools; you control how the modules respond and what they communicate.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on the following third-party providers to function:
- Payment Processor: Our payment processor is the Merchant of Record and handles all billing, subscription management, sales tax, and payment processing. Payment information is collected and processed under our payment processor's privacy policy.
- Cloud Hosting: Our cloud hosting provider stores application data on secure, managed infrastructure.

5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure, cloud-hosted infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure credential storage.

6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your billing period, after which it may be deleted.
